Installing and Upgrading Acrobat Reader
You will need Acrobat Reader 5.0 or 6.0 installed on your computer to use the interactive PDF forms in dataVISION. We do not recommend Acrobat 7.0 for use with eVISION at the present time.

If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you will need to install it for the first time:

  1. If you do not already know it, determine the operating system you are currently using on your computer. To do so, go to the Start menu on the lower left corner of your screen, select Settings, Control Panel, and System. Make a note of the operating system listed in this window.

  2. You are now ready to Install Acrobat Reader for the first time. Click here to Download.

You can determine if Acrobat Reader is installed on your system:

Go to the Start menu on the lower left corner of your screen. Click on Programs. If you see Adobe Acrobat Reader or an Adobe folder containing Acrobat Reader, this indicates you have Acrobat Reader and its version number.

If you currently have an older version of Acrobat Reader installed, you will need to upgrade:

to Acrobat
Reader 6.0
To Upgrade Acrobat Reader 5.0 click here to Download. Make a note of where the .exe file is saved. After the download is finished, click on the icon for the .exe file to Install Acrobat Reader.
