Integrated Forms
- Forms are ever-present in the financial services sector. We provide a library of more than 60 forms to the financial planner. These customizable forms are accessible via the internet permitting the financial rep to print out high quality, up-to-date forms as needed. The expense of maintaining and storing an inventory of frequently revised forms is eliminated. Complete a form online for an existing client and all relevant information is automatically pulled from the database to the appropriate fields on the form. This process is reversed when dealing with a new client. On submission a new contact record is created in the database and populated with data from the application form. All required documents could be ready for signature and the database updated before the client leaves the rep's office.
Our forms are also available in a fill-out-and-print version for those customers who do not require full database integration.
- Document Scanning
- The highly regulated paper flow of the investment industry consumes a huge amount of time and space. Our document scanning system converts the river of paperwork into a simple electronic, portable task flow. Executed documents are scanned on inexpensive scanners configured to any workstation. The scanned copy is uploaded to the database where it is assigned to a task queue associated with that particular type of document. An individual qualified to approve the document views the document online (office? airport? hotel room? no problem!) The approved document is digitally date stamped and requeued for the next stop on the compliance journey. A rejected document is returned for appropriate attention from the originator. When all of the approval steps have been completed, the document becomes permanently associated with the contact record. Document copies can be accessed by anyone with authorization at any time during this process. This unique and effective solution streamlines the convoluted process of approval and storage of sensitive documents while meeting rigid compliance regulations and maintaining our strict security criteria.
