When integrated with our contact management system, survey responses create new records automatically populated with demographic information from the questionnaire. Each survey has an identifier to differentiate the contacts it generates from existing contacts in the database. Survey results are instantly available online to management, and the participants too, if desired. The simple, intuitive result summary displays raw data as well as percentages for each question.
